One account per person. We ask for a clear photo of your national ID or passport so that every tenant and landlord on ROJA x Fix IT is a real, verified person — we check the photo against the name and number you give us before the account is approved. Your email address is also your login.

Landlords write up their property details; our team visits and takes the photos.
